2. Eligibility

To use the mdtoto Service, You must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. mdtoto strictly prohibits underage gambling. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and accounts found to belong to minors will be immediately suspended and funds forfeited.
• Jurisdiction: You must be a resident of Indonesia or located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by local law. You are solely responsible for ensuring that Your use of the Service complies with applicable laws in Your jurisdiction.
• Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of Your jurisdiction.
• Single Account: You may only register and maintain one (1) Account per person, household, IP address, and payment method. Creating multiple accounts (sometimes called "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, You must register an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to:

• Date of birth
• Mobile phone number

3.1. Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

mdtoto is required by international financial regulations to verify the identity of all users. You may be asked to provide the following documents before You can make a Withdrawal:

• Identity Proof: Indonesian National ID (KTP Nasional), passport, or driver's license.
• Address Proof: Utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last 3 months.
• Selfie Verification: A clear photo of Yourself holding Your ID document next to Your face.

Verification typically takes 1-24 hours. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restricted Account functionality or suspension.

3.2. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your Account credentials (username and password). You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password that You do not use for other online services.
• Not share Your Account credentials with any third party.
• Notify mdtoto immediately if You suspect unauthorized access to Your Account.

mdtoto is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from Your failure to protect Your Account credentials.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1. Deposits

mdtoto accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

• Minimum Deposit: Rp 50,000 per transaction.
• Maximum Deposit: Rp 50,000,000 per transaction (higher limits available for VIP members).
• Processing Time: Deposits are typically credited to Your Account within 2-5 minutes.

You agree that all funds deposited into Your Account are Your own funds and have been obtained legally. mdtoto reserves the right to reject deposits or request additional documentation if We suspect money laundering or other illegal activity.

4.2. Withdrawals

You may request a Withdrawal of Your Account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• KYC Verification: Your Account must be fully verified before Your first Withdrawal. Subsequent Withdrawals may require re-verification if Account details change.
• Minimum Withdrawal: Rp 100,000 per transaction.
• Maximum Withdrawal: Rp 100,000,000 per transaction (higher limits available for VIP members).
• Processing Time: Standard members: 1-24 hours. Gold VIP members: under 6 hours. Platinum VIP members: under 2 hours.
• Same-Method Rule: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for Your most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by mdtoto support.

mdtoto does not charge Withdrawal fees. However, Your bank or e-wallet provider may impose transaction fees outside Our control.

4.3. Bonus Wagering Requirements

If You have an active Bonus on Your Account, You may be required to meet wagering requirements (also called "rollover" or "turnover" requirements) before You can withdraw funds. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are stated in the specific Bonus terms. Typical requirements range from 5x to 30x the Bonus amount.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

mdtoto offers various Bonuses and promotions to reward loyal players and attract new users. By claiming a Bonus, You agree to comply with its specific terms and conditions, including:

• Eligibility: Bonuses may be restricted by Account status, deposit history, or geographic location.
• Wagering Requirements: You must wager the Bonus amount a specified number of times before You can withdraw associated winnings.
• Game Restrictions: Some Bonuses may only be valid for specific games (e.g., slots only, live casino excluded).
• Time Limits: Bonuses typically expire 7-30 days after issuance unless otherwise stated.

mdtoto reserves the right to cancel or confiscate Bonuses if We suspect abuse, fraud, or violation of Bonus terms. Abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same Bonus, betting opposite outcomes simultaneously (arbitrage), or using software or bots to manipulate Bonus conditions.

6. Betting Rules

6.1. Sports Betting

mdtoto offers betting markets on football (BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, FIFA World Cup, etc.), basketball, badminton, volleyball, MotoGP, E-sports, and other sports. All bets are subject to the following rules:

• Settlement: Bets are settled based on official league/tournament results. If a match is postponed or abandoned, settlement rules depend on the specific market (see detailed rules on Our website).
• Live Betting: Odds for live (in-play) bets are updated in real-time and may change rapidly. A bet is only valid if it is accepted by Our system before the relevant event occurs.
• Maximum Winnings: Standard members: Rp 500,000,000 per bet. VIP members: Higher limits apply.
• Voided Bets: mdtoto reserves the right to void bets if We suspect technical errors, fraudulent activity, or incorrect odds display.

6.2. Togel (Lottery)

Togel bets are accepted on daily draws including Togel Singapore (SGP), Togel Hongkong (HK), Togel Sydney (SDY), Togel Macau, and others. Bet types include 4D, 3D, 2D, Colok Bebas, Colok Jitu, Tengah Tepi, and Shio. Minimum bet: Rp 1,000. Maximum bet: Rp 50,000 per line.

Togel results are determined by official lottery operators in each jurisdiction. mdtoto is not responsible for errors in third-party lottery draws.

6.3. Casino & Slots

All casino games (live dealer tables, RNG slots, video poker, roulette, blackjack, baccarat) are provided by licensed third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, and others. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) and are provably fair.

• RTP (Return to Player): Each game displays its certified RTP percentage. RTP is a long-term statistical average and does not guarantee individual session results.
• Maximum Bet Limits: Vary by game and Account status. Exceeding limits may result in voided bets.
• Malfunction Voids All Pays: If a game malfunctions, all affected bets and payouts are void.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action:

• Underage Gambling: Users under 21 years of age are prohibited from using the Service.
• Multi-Accounting: Creating or operating more than one Account per person/household.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting Bonuses through arbitrage, opposite betting, or other unfair methods.

• Use of Bots or Software: Using automated software, scripts, or bots to place bets or manipulate the Service.
• Money Laundering: Using the Service to launder money or engage in illegal financial activity.
• Chargebacks: Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting mdtoto support. Accounts with chargebacks will be permanently closed.

8. Limitation of Liability

mdtoto provides the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• mdtoto is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from Your use of the Service.
• mdtoto is not responsible for losses caused by third-party payment processors, internet service providers, or other external factors beyond Our control.
• mdtoto is not liable for errors in odds display, technical malfunctions, or system downtime. Affected bets may be voided at Our discretion.
• Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using it and close Your Account.

Maximum Liability: In no event shall mdtoto's total liability to You exceed the amount of deposits You made in the 90 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Account Termination

9.1. Termination by User

You may close Your Account at any time by contacting Our support team via live chat, email ([email protected]), or WhatsApp (+62 812-3456-7890). Upon closure, You may withdraw any remaining balance, subject to completion of KYC verification and wagering requirements.

9.2. Termination by mdtoto

mdtoto reserves the right to suspend or permanently close Your Account if You violate these Terms, engage in prohibited activities, or if We suspect fraud or illegal activity. In such cases, mdtoto may withhold funds pending investigation and may report violations to relevant authorities.

9.3. Dormant Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered dormant. mdtoto may charge a monthly dormancy fee of Rp 50,000 after the 12-month period until the balance is depleted or the Account is reactivated.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mdtoto is licensed, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or Your use of the Service shall be resolved through the following process:

• Step 1 – Internal Resolution: Contact mdtoto support to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
• Step 2 – Mediation: If the dispute cannot be resolved internally, both parties agree to submit to mediation by a mutually agreed neutral third party.
• Step 3 – Arbitration: If mediation fails, the dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English.

You waive Your right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
